The Greater Oudtshoorn Municipality is offering a 12-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) / Learnership Programme for unemployed youth who reside within the Oudtshoorn municipal area, including Dysselsdorp, De Rust, and rural regions. This program is designed to help TVET College students complete the practical or experiential component of their studies. Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
- Must be a student from a TVET College who needs to complete the practical/experiential part of their studies.
- Provide certified copies of completed National Introductory Certificates N4, N5, and N6.
- Must be a South African citizen with a certified copy of their identity document.
- Must reside within the Oudtshoorn municipal area (proof of residential address is required).
Duties & Responsibilities
Participants in the Greater Oudtshoorn Municipality WIL / Learnership Programme will be expected to:
- Participate actively in all learning and practical activities as part of the program.
- Apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios within various municipal departments.
- Complete all assignments, tasks, and assessments within the given timeframes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the municipality’s code of conduct.
